• add UDMA demo all-to-all and all-reduce collective paths, including validation, runtime fallback handling, and updated demo documentation
• rework UDMA transport registration and per-peer queue setup to support larger rank counts, refreshed comm args, and IPC pid/sdid selection behavior
• expand UDMA tests and run scripts with new layout/source checks and collective coverage for the updated transport and demo flows
